About
Pacific Centre for Reproductive Medicine (PCRM) was founded in 2006 and now has three locations in Western Canada: Vancouver, British Columbia, Victoria, British Columbia and Edmonton, Alberta. PCRM Edmonton is one of the largest clinics in Canada, with a focus on providing care that is unique to each patient's situation. PCRM offers a full range of fertility services at each of their locations and also offers virtual consultations. They also offer patients the option to visit one of their three satellite clinics, located in Surrey, Whistler or downtown Vancouver, if those locations are more convenient for patients. In addition to medical fertility treatments, PCRM also offers additional support for patients through alternative medicines like pre-natal massages, acupuncture, and mindfulness practices. They also provide patient support groups, led by registered counsellors, free of charge for patients. The Edmonton location has 7 doctors: Dr. Caitlin Dunne, Dr. Jon Havelock, Dr. Diane Ahn and Dr. Ken Seethram, Dr. Sara Ilnitsky, Dr. Tina Liang and Dr. David Smithson.

The reviews for PCRM Edmonton present a mixed picture. While many patients have had positive experiences, praising the friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors, and successful outcomes, there are also significant concerns about limited doctor interaction, lack of communication, a focus on IVF, high costs, and occasional instances of insensitive care. It's clear that some patients have felt well-supported and cared for throughout their fertility journey, while others have experienced frustration and disappointment.
