About
Pacific Centre for Reproductive Medicine (PCRM) is one of the largest clinics in Canada, with a focus on providing care that is unique to each patient's situation. PCRM Victoria offers a full range of fertility services at each of their locations and also offers virtual consultations. They also offer patients the option to visit one of their three satellite clients, located in Surrey, Whistler or downtown Vancouver, if those locations are more convenient for patients. In addition to medical fertility treatments, PCRM also offers additional support for patients through alternative medicines like pre-natal massages, acupuncture and mindfulness practices. They also provide patient support groups, led by registered counsellors, free of charge for patients. The Victoria location has 6 doctors: Dr. Douglas Black, Dr. Jon Havelock, Dr. Ken Seethram, Dr. Harold Hunt, Dr. Jeffrey Roberts and Dr. Caitlin Dunne.

Patients who have achieved their desired outcomes speak highly of their experience, particularly appreciating the clinic's expertise and the personalized care provided by doctors and nurses. However, the clinic also faces significant criticism, primarily related to communication issues, feelings of being rushed during appointments, and a perceived emphasis on pushing IVF treatments.
