About
Pacific Centre for Reproductive Medicine (PCRM) was founded in 2006 and now has three locations in Western Canada: Vancouver, British Columbia, Victoria, British Columbia and Edmonton, Alberta. PCRM Vancouver is one of the largest clinics on the West Coast. PCRM Vancouver offers a full range of fertility services at each of their locations and also offers virtual consultations. They also offer patients the option to visit one of their three satellite clients, located in Surrey, Whistler or downtown Vancouver, if those locations are more convenient for patients. In addition to medical fertility treatments, PCRM also offers additional support for patients through alternative medicines like pre-natal massages, acupuncture, and mindfulness practices. They also provide patient support groups, led by registered counsellors, free of charge for patients. The Vancouver location has 8 doctors: Dr. Pamela Calderon, Dr. Caitlin Dunne, Dr. Dilan Fernando, Dr. Jon Havelock, Dr. Amrita Pooni, Dr. Jeffery Roberts, Dr. Eryn Rubenfeld and Dr. Ken Seethram.

Reviews
The reviews for PCRM Vancouver are highly polarized. Many patients have positive experiences, highlighting compassionate doctors, caring nurses, and successful treatments. However, there are also serious concerns about the clinic's administrative practices, lack of personalized care, and communication issues. Some patients feel they were treated as just another case rather than individuals, with unnecessary fees and standardized protocols that didn't consider their unique situations. While some had life-changing success with PCRM, others left disappointed and found better experiences elsewhere. Prospective patients should carefully weigh these factors and consider whether the clinic's approach aligns with their needs.
