The reviews for CReATe London present a mixed picture. On the positive side, many patients have had successful fertility treatments and praise Dr. McNaught and his team for their expertise, compassion, and thorough care. The clinic is noted for its clean and well-organized facilities, and many patients appreciate the friendly and supportive staff. However, the clinic also faces criticism, particularly regarding communication issues, rude behavior from some staff, and concerns about Dr. McNaught's bedside manner.
