Fertility Treatment Cost Calculator
Get a detailed cost estimate for IVF, IUI, egg freezing, or FET in your province. Includes clinic fees, medication, add-ons, provincial funding offsets, and tax credits.
How these estimates are calculated
Clinic procedure fees come from the published pricing of the 94+ clinics in our directory, so the range you see reflects what Canadian clinics actually charge in your province. Medication, monitoring, and anesthesia ranges are aggregated from public clinic price disclosures. Provincial funding programs, grants, and fertility tax credits are modelled from official government sources and were last reviewed in June 2026.
Each estimate links to the official program page so you can verify the rules that apply to you. Tax credit estimates are simplified — your actual refund depends on your full tax situation.
Fertility cost FAQs
How much does IVF cost in Canada?
IVF in Canada typically costs $6,350–$14,000 per cycle in clinic fees — which at most clinics include cycle monitoring, retrieval sedation, and embryo culture — plus $3,000–$9,000 for medication, and optional add-ons like ICSI ($1,500–$3,000) or PGT-A genetic testing ($3,000–$6,000). BC clinics often bill cycle monitoring separately (~$3,200). Some provinces offer funded cycles, grants, or tax credits.
How much does IUI cost in Canada?
IUI in Canada costs $400–$1,250 per cycle for the procedure, plus $500–$2,000 for ovulation medication and a mandatory sperm-washing lab fee of roughly $600–$800. Ontario funds IUI cycles (including monitoring) through the Ontario Fertility Program, and Quebec covers up to 6 cycles through RAMQ — medications and, in Ontario, sperm washing remain out of pocket.
